As I see it, this man must feel threatened by you.<br />In today’s society it would be reasonable to expect that a senior manager would be educated enough to understand that women are just as capable as men, and quite often more capable. More importantly, he should have a sound knowledge of sexual harassment laws. <br />Ever successful woman I know don’t need to use their sexuality to be successful, it is always drive and determination that achieves the desired results whether you are male or female.
